Taking part in a global community is not only the privilege of a select few. The world, and the countries that make it up, is growing more and more interconnected. Students at Fujimigaoka need to begin challenging their minds, and their opinions in a way that mirrors our greatest global stage. This stage is the United Nations in New York. By joining the Model UN club at Fujimigaoka, you are beginning a journey towards a better world, a better Japan, and a better you.

Club Schedule

First Semester
In the first semester, students who are new to Model UN need to learn a lot about how the club works. There are practice simulations and lessons about how to do everything you need to know in the club. |

Summer Study Camp in Yugawara!
The summer study camp is a great time to brush up on your MUN skills while having fun bonding with your clubmates and advisors. We do study and sightseeing every year, and it is always a highlight for our club. |

Second Semester
In the second semester we have to prepare for a lot of conferences that we will visit. Some of the conferences we have attended over the years are JMMUN, PRIMUN, OTSUMA, and AJEMUN. |

JMMUN Metropolitan Conference
Every year we participate in the Japan Metropolitan Model United Nations conference at Senzoku Gakuen. It is an all-Japan conference, but every year more and more international schools have been attending! |

Other Conferences
There are a number of other conferences throughout the year that students prepare for including AJEMUN and events at Otsuma and Jissen Universities.
